Three-sixths of Baba Rud village, Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritance, has been rented to Fath‘ali Aqa, who has not generated enough returns on the land due to his mismanagement and lack of know-how. This is causing the decay of the property. As a result, the inheritors are in a dire situation. Petition to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin regarding the documents that Mirza Muhammad Karim should receive (to present in the court) about a garden called Karim (known as Karim Luti garden). One of the documents is a sale agreement of Bibi Kawkab Sultan and Mashhadi Lutf Allah with Sayyid Muhammad ‘Ali ‘Allaf [forage seller] over one-sixth of Karim Luti garden for twenty tumans and the duration of one year.
